5 month old male pomeranian

My  5 month male over nite has started to vomit, but it is clear liquid and he had the diarrea 1 time. he has no appetite  and drinking a little water. he is not playful like usual. and sleeping alot. I was taking down the x-mas tree and noticed wires from the lights were chewed on. could he have swallowed some pieces of wire to cause these problems? Plese help me as soon as possible. Thank-you

I wouldn't waste any time getting him to your vet.  Any
small toy dog gets dehydrated very quickly and your vet needs to check to see if he has any kind of blockage in the stomach.  

Try to get him to take very small amounts of gatoraide until you are able to get him to your vet like tomorrow
morning.  Don't wait.
