pomeranian worms

I've had my Pomeranian since she was 4 months old and around the sixth month she got worms we treated them with store bought medication and she was all better now two months later she has worms again and I am wondering why she is having worms so much and is it something i should have the vet check

Worms will always be a battle.  You will have to treat regularly and they will always come back because of other parasites or because of the things dogs eat.

And yes you should have your dog seen by a vet to get rid of the worms.  Over the counter meds don't get rid of all kinds of worms.
