Pom Growth Question

Question
I grew up with a Pomeranian and I've always loved the breed. I got married last year and as soon as we got financially stable I researched, found a great breeder and back in April I got the first Pom of my adult life. Lily is the love of my life and I couldn't be happier with her! I take her with me everywhere dogs are allowed and its been a complete joy owning this little girl. She's everything I'd hoped for and more. We love her so much! She's even stolen my husband's heart, who was never much of a "little dog" person.

I wrote in I think it was about month and a half ago because I was having problems with her chasing the cats and being nippy. Thank you so much as your advice worked like a charm!

Lily is now 4 1/2 months old (18 weeks) and at her vet visit Tuesday she weighed in at 6.2lbs. My question is how much bigger do you think she will get? When I adopted Lily her breeder told me she might be a little above the standard as she was a bit bigger than her siblings. Her breeder and I both agreed that her personality was the best match for me out of all the pups in the litter so it didn't matter to me that she was the bigger girl. I have no interest at all in breeding anyway so her being a little bigger than the standard is no an issue, but I just curious as to how much more should I expect her to grow?

Thanks again for your help!

Answer
Not knowing the bloodlines behind Lily I am quessing that she would be around 10 lbs.  My Pom are usually through
growning at 6 to 7 months old as far as weight.  They
continue to mature up to 18 months.

So do you care if she is that weight?  From your note I would guess this is of no importance so just enjoy her
as a big stong and healthy loving Pom.
