Potty question

Hello,

My Pom Lucky is a 6 month old girl, who will be spayed this Friday.  We have her on a pretty good eating/potty schedule, however, I would like her to inform us when she needs to go out, instead of us always having to take her out.

Is there a good tip on how I can train her to let us know?

Hi Crystal,
Tie a big jingle bell on a long ribbon around the door knob that you take her out to go potty at.  Every time you take her out, jingle the bell.  You'll be shocked at how quickly she will ring the bell when she needs to go out side.  Dogs pick up on this VERY quickly - I think they like it - it makes it clear in everyones mind what they need.
