Pom Breeding Collapsing Trachea

Question
I have a beautiful 2 year old Pom baby. She has been diagonsed by my vet with a collapsing trachea the spells happen when she get overly excited, say 3-4 times a month, she sometimes will go weeks without an episode.
I recently decided I wanted to breed her 1 time so I am have an offspring from her she is a blue/black color 6 lbs huge coat and gorgeous, and will an awesome personality.
I went to the local AKC show and found a stud/mate for her. Should she not be breed, because of her condition,is this congenital? even though it not severe and the episodes are not very often?
My main concern is her health,as she is quite health with the exception of her occasionally episides. I do not want to take any chances on losing my little pom by breeding her.
Any help or suggestions.

Answer
DO NOT BREED THIS DOG.
It is VERY gentic and gaining so much weight carrying a litter could cuase SEVERE episodes which could lead to a loss of the litter and possibly the death of your girl.
Not only does the collapsing trach stress her out and make it hard for her to breath but it generally gets worse with age and it causes a strain on the heart muscle causing it to become enlarged.

No one should EVER breed a Pom (or any animal for that matter unless the are good representatives of their breed.... no major faults and healthy.
