Question
I bought if from a breeder.  The mom dried up therefore she could no longer nurse her puppies. The young pup has already been vaccinated and wormed. The breeder use to take the pups along with the mother outside so the young pup wants to go outside.  If she has already been vaccinated is she still at risk if i take her outside?  She also bites alot. Is it because she's teething or something? I have never owned a pet this young before so any suggestions or info?

Answer
The breeder still should not have let the pup go until it was at least 8 weeks of age, non-the-less... At this age and stage of development the vax given would be canceled out by the natural anitibodies of the mother and her up to date vax.  The vax are not to be given until AT LEAST 6 weeks of age.  Worming is fine and recommended.  I do not let my pups out until they are at least 8 weeks just for their safety.  There are so many things they can pick up that they are too small to fight off.  The health of the pup is of the utmost importance.
The biting is due to teething and is normal.  You can dissuad the pup by offering chewies and kibble that is hard in addition to soft kibble to keep the blood sugar at a normal range.  If left with siblings or mom they would learn what is painful when biting as they would bite mom and sibs and mom would scold for biting too hard and sibs would bite back. :-) I am not saying you should bite back. lol. But some of it can be helped with offering toys for the pup to chew on.  Baby teeth will come in and then fall out at about 6-8 months of age and if they do not they will need to be pulled.  Then the adult teeth will come in and they will feel the urge to chew some more.
Good luck and feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.
