my poms back

Question
I have a pom the breeder sold me because his back is not short enough to show him.
He looks fine to me!

Do you think he could have any health problems from this? I was hoping it might even be good: that the short backs poms are bred for now might be the cause of bad knees.

He will not have any health problems bacause he is long in the back.  Reputable Pom breeders only breed to conform to our breed standard-that means they should have a "short back" but they are also supposed to be "square".  So they are proportionate.  It has nothing to do with the luxating patella's (bad knees).  That is completely different anatomy.
