QuestionQUESTION: i am interested in getting a pomeranian what type of things should i look for colour pedigree etc
ANSWER: Hi Lucy,
Glad to hear your thinking of getting a pom. They are great little dogs and I'm sure you will be delighted with there great little personalities. I guess I need to ask you a few questions before I answer this question. What are your plans for this new dog? Pet, Breeding or Show? Size and your color preference - there are "types" of poms, the show type and then the common pom - they are larger and have a face more like that of a fox. So, my question to you is - what are you planning to do with your new pom?

QUESTION: i already have a pedigree maltese terrier i do not wish to show but would like a dog of show quality if i ever change my mind i like them small and teddybear like lol i auctually am paying an interest in white poms but i am not certain on this do you have a prerference?
AnswerHi,
I love white poms - I raise them myself. I like all colors actually as long as they are a good quality. The white poms are very expensive - 1200-and up - I have seen them as high as $3,500.00. Light creams are nice as well and in many cases produce white when bred right. I have teddy bear creams that adult size reach only 3-4 lbs. This is the type of pom that I myself like. Pedigree I am not worried so much about, the quality of the dog, conformation and health are the main issues i have when purchaseing a puppy or dog.
