chewing feet

Question
We have had our pom for over a year and she has recently started
chewing on her feet.  It's not just one paw she chews on, she chews
on all of them.  We checked her feet and it doesn't seem like there
is anything stuck in her paws that would be bothering her.  What
can we do to get her to stop chewing on her feet?
