Hello, i was wondering if you can tell me what fruit and vegetables i can feed my pommy he's 3 months old... and if there is any other human food that i can give my pommy without him having any problems

You can buy frozen vegetables and fruit at the supermarket
and use about a teaspoon in his kibble.  You can cook both
chicken, salmon, beef (ground hamberger) and grind up like
hamberger and feed him.  A lot of breeders recommend raw
diets but I prefer to cook my meats before using on my dogs.
