Hair Loss - Pomeranian

We just got our AKC pomeranian.  A week after we got here she is experiencing hair loss on her face only.  On each side of her nose and around her eyes.  The vet has taken 2 scrapes that have come back negative.  We changed her food and she seems to be a little worse.  Any suggestions?

This doesn't sound like Black Skin Disease it sound more like dandruff mites.  Even tho your vet took skin scrapings
these nasty little bugs are hard to find.  Ask you vet for
a product called Revolution and follow the directions.
