my question is for my 3 month old bulldog at night he cant sleep he keeps moving around even when he is with us in bed.i even sleep with him on the floor.so one day my parents found treats that calm him down or relaxes him. so is it safe for him to take it at night to help him get some sleep? and will their be any side affects to these treats thank you so much and have a happy new year

There could be various causes for his restlessness.  He may not get enough exercise during the day. He may have to go to the bathroom. He may simply be too hot to sleep. I don't think any type of calming treats are necessary for this little guy.  

My suggestion is to put him where he can relax, his crate perhaps? Stop trying to accommodate him and just let him find his own comfort zone. Make sure he gets a couple of good play times during the day so he's ready to sleep at night.
