Hi Chauncey-  Best wishes on your new bullie kid!
Keep her on the Purina One for now and slowly place some Wellness Puppy food mixed into the Purina One.

Wellness Puppy, Innova Puppy, or Merrick Puppy will be a better food for her in the long run.  I would do a 75% mix of the Purina to a 25% mix of the new food x 2 weeks.  Then, go 50:50 with the two foods for another 2 weeks... At that point you may be able to go 100% the new food.

Also, most of my English bullie clients take 1 NuVET wafer per day - You can start her on 1/2 a NuVET per day for now.  After she is 5 months old you can place her on 1 full NuVET wafer per day.
Excellent for her immune system and keeps the ear infections away!
Bulldogs are so prone to Allergies, Yeast and Ear infections.
