newborn kitten HELP

I have been taking care of 5 newbor kittens, one just passed away, i am devastated. They are about 3 days old, the mama dies shortly after birth. I am extrememly concerned as one of my kittens whom was doing so well, hasnt been eating, sleeping constantly, signs of weakness, I did the pinch skin test to see if she was dehydrated and the sking bounced abck, what else could possibly wrong? she has been pooping and urinating just fine...

It could be a viral or bacterial infection that was passed to the kittens from the mom.

Make sure to feed them every 2-4 hours and stimulate them after feeding to ensure they go to the bathroom.  Keep them in a warm, humid environment as they can not maintain their own body temperature.

Otherwise take them to the vet for a check-up.
