Question
My boxer dog has pancreatitis. She is 7 years old. She is fed Eagle Pack Lite food & treats. When she has flare ups, she only wants cat food. Otherwise, she strictly eats her food. It seems to help her feel better, although I don't understand why. Is this OK? Thanks!

Answer
Kari - cat food has too much protein and will hurt the Pancreatitis situation even more...Sorry -
So, cat food is not good for her situation..Sorry -
How about a good vitamin supplement to aid in her digestion and appetite.
NuVET Plus is great - WE have many boxer clients taking the NuVET Plus each day - ONLY about .55 cents per day - Here is the ordering info..Give it a try : Guaranteed.

I sure hope the NuVET Helps - Pancreatitis can be a very Expensive Program to control... Keep your vet costs Down, have your baby take NuVET each day -
I just can't say enough POSITIVES about this...

Good Luck - The Eagle Pack Lite is a very good food....
Make sure all the treats are lite, too..OK
