11 YR OLD SHITZU VULVA rash; yeast infection skin can coat probiotics;

ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO, NOTICED A RASH, TOOK TO VET, HE GAVE ME SOME "DRYING"SOLUTION, PLEDGES,DIAGNOSED IT AS BACTERIA FROM MOISTURE.  ABOUT A MONTH LATER, STILL BAD, VERY SMALL BLACK PIMPLES FORMED. THEN HE PUT HER ON CLAVAMOX, IT APPEARS TO BE BETTER SOME DAYS, BUT STILL NOT GONE. IN FACT THERE HAVE BEEN LIL' PUS BLISTERS ON HER LIL VULVA.  AND THE BLACK AREAS ARE BIGGER.  HELP!!!! SHE LICKS IT ALOT, AND I APPLY ANTIBACTERIAL OINTMENT AFTER USING THE PLEDGES.. THNX
