neon guppy

Question
i recently bought some "neon guppies" which looked absolutely beautiful in the pet shop, but when i got them home their colors were not as bright.
could it be my lighting?
how do i get them looking pretty again?

Hi Mick, this is really quite easy. All you have to do is only run your light for about 12 hours a day then turn it off for 12 hours. This will make their colors shine much brighter. Also some foods will bring out the colors in them more than others you should try some different ones until you find the right one for your guppies. Good Luck!
