Lid Repair

Question
I have a 46 gal, bow front, fresh water tank. The plastic or rubber (I'm not sure) "hinge" on the lid has broken. Is there a replacement part or a place to buy a new lid? I don't want to replace a tank for the lid hing.

Hi Kit:  You would need to determine who made your tank... I know you can order through most aquarium stores new glass tops for those bow front tanks... Your best bet would be to wrap it up and take it into the store and let them look at it.  You could try to contact the maker as well.  I'm am fairly certain that you can have this fixed or replaced... dave
