my mexican walker has to much air and cant stay on the bottom as he keeps trying to he just floats with his back just popping out of the water can i get the air out

I know next to nothing about walking catfish but I know that sometimes a digestive issue will cause a fish to float like that. Usually it's constipation allowing gas to get trapped in the intestines. If he will eat cooked peeled green peas, feed them and nothing else until he does better. Also change his water. Sometimes fish develop problems like this from dirty water. Hopefully, the peas and clean water will help.
