Freshwater frogs/ toads

Question
Hi my name is Jordan. Me and my mom are about to create a freshwater aquarium and I was wondering if fire bellied toads could live with freshwater fish like cory cats and tiger pleco. Or are there any other frogs or toads that could live with these fish?

Answer
Hi Jordan!

Well Fire-Bellied Toads have special toxins on their skin so adding fish with them wouldn't be a good idea. Other frogs or toads would get sick too. Remember to wash your hands with warm soap and water after holding them-especially before eating! If you want more than one pet, just get 3-4 frogs. The toxins they make won't hurt themselves.

Hope this helps! :D
