pregnant platys

hi
well i have 2 platys i dont know the species but the one i think is pregnant is orange with a black tummy this makes it hard to see the black spot therefore i dont know weather its pregnant it is very fat and although it use to eat quite a lot this morning and yesterday it didnt eat as much as it usually does.I really cant tell weather its pregnant please help!
p.s. what shall i do if it is pregnant

Hi Ellie,
 It very well could be pregnant.  The good news is that you don't have to do anything.  It will give birth to babies in the tank.  The babies have a higher chance of surviving if there are fine-leaved plants in the tank, in which they can hide.
