Question
Hi. I currently have a five gallon tank w/ four fish. I want to switch them to a ten or twenty gallon tank. If I put the old five gallons ni, how should I fill it up the rest of the way? Should I use bacteria, or just slowly add some water each day, and should I let it sit before adding the fish?

Answer
Well this is what i would do put the the water in the new tank using a hose that hooks on to your sink and water goes through the hose and into the tank that is available at almost any petstore. Put some dechlorinator in the tank put the filter(s) on i would get two let it run for about a 2 weeks putting stress zyme in their according to the direction I think you put it in their on the first day it is set up then the 7th day the 14th day then you can put the fish and their old water in the new tank then they should be fine. also make sure the tank is heated or else the fish will die.

if their is any more questions just ask
hope this helps
