Betta pop eye

Question
Hi Jack... seems our Betta has popeye.  I am going to move him to a clean jar
and try to find some meds tomorrow.  Questions:
1.  Can I rinse off plants that are in his bowl & reuse...or should I throw them
out?
2. Can I bleach his "sick bowl"  which is a nice large clean vase that has only
been used for the Betta....and rinse it & the rocks really really well or do I
have to get a new container?
2.  We've had this guy for about a year and I recently did a water change and
thought using outside rain water would be better than de-chorinating our
tap water.  Our tap water also has flouride in it.  But maybe not?

Yes you can rinse the plants for him :)

I would bleach it at all.  Just rinse it and clean it with some kitchen roll and run the rocks under a tap.

I  don't know what is in your tapwater as i don't live where you live!

I just use tapwater and de-chlorinate it :0
