ELECTRIC BLUE CICHLID

Question
ON SOME OF MY ELECTRIC BLUES THERE ARE WHITE MUSHROOM LIKE SPOTS ON REAR BOTTOM FINS ,WHATS THAT AN DO THEY HAVE MEAT EATING TEETH ACROSS THE FRONT OF MOUTH ARE THEY FIGHTING WHEN THERE JAWS LOCK TOGETHER?

  The white spots on the bottom fin (the anal fin) are called egg spots and generally indicate that the owner of those spots is a male fish.

  They have teeth on the front of the mouth but these are mostly used for grabbing small invertebrates (underwater insects, etc) and also for pulling off bits of algae (plant material).  

  Yes, when they lock jaws they are fighting.  This is a very normal thing for cichlids to do.
