Hi Ron.do you remember the bump? it kind of looked like a zit or something but it popped and I'm wondering if i need to get antibiotics for it.it popped today and now he wont eat his food I'm very concerned for my oscar.matt.

Hi Matt,
You can try antibiotics if you want. I generally avoid them with fish but the choice is yours.

You definitely should do a 25% partial water change today and possibly again for the next several days. Good water will help the fish fight off whatever it is as best it can.
