My African dwarf frog has been acting funny for the past few days. He's eating normally but he's developed gnarled front feet(like a person with arthritis) and has started to be come pale. Could he have come across some sort of amphibian disease? I'll attach a few photos of him. I've had him since December and grown very fond of him. Is there anything I can do for the little guy?

P.s. I've had my water tested and everything has came up normal.

Answer
It appears it is developing chytrid fungus. I find that mixture of Maroxy, Maracyn, and Maracyn 2 (frog safe) work well with infections. Unfortunately frogs do get this easily, if you have other frogs, make sure you take this guy out as he will infect the others.
