A 10 gallon tank

Question
So I had a big round gold fish that I won at the fair, and I put him in a bowl and he lived for three years and he never grew larger than 2 inches. But he's pasted on, so now I'm going to college soon and I need some fishes! Not in a Bowl! I'm thinking of getting a 10 gallon tank but I don't know what I can put in it! I would like another gold fish but it's not easy playing Gold fish ping pong at the fair, and would also like a bottom feeding catfish, I can't remember what there called. But any way I don't want to exceed the population limit for a ten gallon tank, so what do you suggest I do/ get? Oh! And I'm probably going to get a red crab for that bottom two.

Answer
Hi Taylor,
Keep in mind that crabs are often fish eaters so I would not put a crab in with fish that I wanted to stay alive.

You might strongly consider getting a betta.  A male betta would do well in a 10 gallon tank.
