Fish chasing

Just wondering...I have a tank containing a small molly and a green spotted puffer. Is it weird for the molly to chase the puffer around so much? I had just always understood that puffers were the aggressive ones, not mollies, so it's strange to see this behavior. Do I need to return the molly?

Hi Sarah.  Yes, this sounds weird to me too.  But I'm worried that when the Puffer has "had enough" he's going to turn and quickly kill the molly.  I was always of the understanding that the puffers should be kept alone.  I've never had one and never tried it, so I cannot say for sure.  However, it's obvious that there is a 50/50 chance of them finding peace with each other.  It's going to have to be your call.
