stressed fish?

i recently got a new tank for my oscar, because he is growing out of his old one. before he was "moved in", i made sure that the pH, temperature and ammonia levels were the same. now that he has moved in, he has lost his appetite and he has begun to swim around in circles. is my fish stressed? and if so, how long can this last? Can anything be done to help him?

Hi Joe,
 Moving is always stressful for oscars. They get very used to their space and their people and it might easily take him several weeks to get used to the new tank.
