Question
I've a betas since august 2011. How big does a tank have to be for  me to add companion? My new beta, i got in October 2011, should i wait a while longer til he's older or does it not matter when i add companions?

You cannot have two male Betta's in the same tank. You also do not want to add any fish to a male Betta's tank. They are called fighting fish for a reason. Each male should be in his own 5 gallon tank with a heater and no other fish. If you want a community tank, you should get a different tank for them.
