are Jack Dempseys poisonous to people?

i wss cleaning my friends fish tank and a couple of fish were still in after all H20 was out i went to grab it and its fins poked my finger and drew blood. i squeezed the blood out til it stopped bleeding & washed it w/anti bac soap. am i gonna be ok?

Hi Sherri,
  Jack Dempsey's are neither poisonous or venemous so you should be okay. Like any cut, you need to keep it clean or it can become infected.
