Goldfish question

My daughter has had Nemo her goldfish for a year now and we recently got him a friend who came from a bait store and that died the very next day looked like they were all sickly at the bait store.  Now since he was exposed to the sickly fish Nemo has bleeding spots all over.  My daughter has been hysterically crying...what can i do?

Poor Nemo! Make a 100% water change right away. That will eliminate the toxins in the water that are making him sick. Be sure to use water conditioner and the same temperature water as the old water. Also get a fish antibiotic from the fish store. Maracyn is a good one for bacterial infections, and I think he may have one. Use it according to the instructions. I rarely recommend medicines anymore, (natural remedies are healthier and less harsh) but sometimes it is necessary in very serious situations.

Now, if you could tell me a bit more about Nemo and his tank;

What size is the tank?
Does it have a filter?
How often do you make water changes?
How big is Nemo?
