Fisk tank

Hi

I have just recently cleaned out my fish tank it was just over a week ago at first it was really clear but within a a week it started to look cloudy and now we can barely see the fish. I have cleaned the pump again but it doesnt seem to have any affect. I don't overfeed my fish as i feed what is recommended on the instructions.

Any advice is much appreciated

Hi Laura,
 The instructions are only somewhat helpful.  The key is to feed only what the fish will eat right away.  Never give them food "to eat later".  

 When you "cleaned out" your fish tank, what did you do?

 In general, you should never completely clean a fish tank. Doing so will kill all the good and useful bacteria which results in exactly what you describe.  You should instead, replace about 25% of the water once a week, every week, to keep the tank and fish healthy.
