my dragon goby

i know that my little guy cant see very well....but when i go up to the tank and talk to them, he wags his body....lol does he recognize my voice? dont laugh, im serious. lol

I don't quite think that he can recognize your voice, but it does sound as though he responds to you, which is actually more common in fish than you might think. Puffers for example (I have a green spotted puffer) are called "water dogs" because they're so personable!
So whether he sees you or hears you, he probably knows that when you are around something good is going to happen (like being fed).
