my fish is sick

recently i noticedmy fishes eye looked really big i just thought it was like that before then the next day i noticed the skin around the big eye has started to peel. i didnt know what to do because i have three fish and its only happned to that one.i have a 15 litre tank containg two shabukins one of witch is ill and a goldfish i clean the tank at least once a week peobably less and they get fed every two or three days hes the only fish with the problem. am i doing something wrong, i use aqausafe for the fish it is supposed to reduce chemicals in the water and make tapwater safe. pls e-mail me at

  That is not good, however, it is hard to say what the exact cause is.  It could be something in the water, but you say that you are pretty careful with the water.  It could also be that one of the other fish is attacking that fish... have you seen any signs of that?
