my finchi looks sick

Hello, I have 1 female and 1 male finch. Lately the male finchi can not stand on his claws. I looked at his claws and one of them looks cracked and scabbed. Also he is not active, he looks sick. should I worry?

The cracked could be dehydration. Increase the amount of water given to them. Watch the two carefully and see if the female is picking on the male.
If you are worried, turned the temperature up in the cage to about 31C and tell me any symptoms he may have so I can diagnois what he has.
