i need help taking care of my finch

I have a pair of  finches they laid 4 eggs. Two of them already hatched they move a lot but the father hurts the young by trying to put them out of the nest (i found one of them in the cage surface and i put it back in the nest) i am worry he can hurt them once again what do you advice me? what is wrong with the male how can i help?

It sounds like the male is trying to kill them to get the female ready to breed again. The best thing to do is to hand feed the babies yourself. This isn't easy but it can be done. There are tons of websites there that show you how to hand feed finch babies and how to set up a place so they're warm
