NEWLY HATCH PARAKEET

my question is how do i know if my newly hatch parakeet is alive, i saw the new one on 10/21/06 and i don't see any movement.On 1-/21/06 it was facing down today10/22/-06 its facing up,but i don't see any movement?

How strange.... I recommend you just keep an eye out for it. It seems to me it may have tried to get up, but failed. Keep a very very strong eye out. If it is alive.. woo hoo! If not, I am sorry. I really wish I could help you out some more, but all I can say is... keep watching.
