PARAKEETSHOW TO GET THEM OUT OF CAGE?

i GOT 2 PARKEETS BOY -GIRL  i WANT SO MUCH FOR THEM TO GET USE TO ME ? i TALK TO THEM EVERYDAY USE TO HAVE THEM IN DIFFERENT CAGES BUT FELT SORRY CAUSE THEM SEEM LIKE THEY WANTED TO BE TOGETHER? SHOULD I KEEP THEM IN SAME CAGE?EACH TIME i TRY TO GET THEM ON MY FINGER THEM GET ALL WORKED UP?  i DO SPEND ALOT OF TIME WITH THEM THEY ARE JUST SO CUTE! BUT I WANT SO BAD TO BE ABLE TO TOUCH THEM AND HAVE THEM GET ON MY FINGER PLEASE HELP?.......THANK YOU

Hello Dot and thank you for your question,

THe simple thing to do would be keep them separate and this:

Go get there wing feathers clipped at a vet or pet store they will grow back but will leave you enough time to train them before they do(I reccomend keeping pet birds that are allowed out of there cages clipped for safety reasons). Take them out two/three times daily one by one buy trowing a light cloth over them and holding them sucurely but not too tightly in your hand. Take the first bird to a quite bathroom or bedroom(they will try get back to each other of there cage if they can see/hear them well). Place teh covered bird onto yuor finger after taking it from the cloth and talk to it, stoke it also.. if it falls off try try again, if you do this several times daily for 5/10 minutes each time(much better then one long sesion) they will tame down but otherwise probly not I have enver been able to tame birds the way reccomended in books.
