Red tail boa questions

I have never owned any snakes before and i have a few questions! we have had a red tail for about a month now and i have heard being the same sex as your snake means your snake can become aggressive towards you? Do you know any vets in Georgia that you can send me the link to?

I do not think the same sex issue is true. I have seen different species be aggressive to the same or different sex human, there seems to be no pattern to it. I am sorry, but I am not aware of any good exotic animal vets in Georgia. I live in TN. I would start with your local vet that you trust and ask them to refer you to a good exotic. That is how I found our best exotic animal vet. Hope this helps!
