ticks

Question
I have just bought a young Boa Constrictor from my local pet store.When i picked her up two ticks fell from her,I have checked her out but cant see any more,what should i do.Also i was told she was born last July but she seems very small about 23" will this effect her size later on,she is eating and shedding fine,i have had her for 3 weeks now.

SO the ticks were on her at the store or in your house???  2 feet is small-ish but that kind of depends on which species of boa you actually have.  It could be just fine.  If she is eating and shedding I wouldn't worry too much.  Boas tend to be very hardy animals.
