QuestionI have had my red tail boa now for about three years possibly longer, and everything I read keeps telling me that she should be way bigger than she is. She is probally 4-5ft long and still very skinny. Could there be something wrong with her?
AnswerKaylee,
There could be, but unless you know the origin of the snake, it could be normal. Red Tail Boas can range from central America to Surinam to Hogg Island. There is no way to know. If she is eating well and everything else is good, I would not worry.
