Question
I currently have 16 going on 17 snake and all my redtail boas are in a large cage and all my balls are in another cage. So my question would be I know the quarintening is a must but balls and boas can be housed together if the size is appropriate, can I house a blood python with my ball pythons if the size is about the same? And eventually when the blood python gets big enough can he go in with my redtail?

Answer
The most accepted answer is no. Even housing balls and boas together is generally frowned upon. In my early years, I tried a lot of mixed housing thinking I knew more than everyone else with mixed results. It works about 85% of the time (unless you do something really foolish like mixing a corn & king snake). So, yes it can be done, but there is about a 15% chance that someone will get eaten.
