ANSWER: Hello Sean,

I just need your dragon's body weight, if possible to properly dose him.
Be sure to get some betadine, & dilute it to a weak tea solution first.  Then use a swab to dip into the solution & clean his mouth out with.

What are the temperatures in his tank right now?

How is your dragon doing now, any improvements?

Good, begin using the betadine daily, to help clean out his mouth.  
The dose for him will be .02ml.  How are the symptoms right now?  
We can give him a 12 day regime.  Do you have any probiotics to
use along with the medication?
