Bearded and gecko

Question
Afternoon -
I have a female 4+ year old Dragon ("rescued" from school)and she is healthy currently.  My question is how can I get her to eat a variety of foods, like greens.  I believe she has occasionally seen a dandilion, but won't eat greens unless we trick her.  She needs to regulate her poop and vary her diet.

I am also looking for enrichment/habitat ideas for a young African Fat-tailed Gecko.  S/He eats fine, but stays in the coconut unless forced out.  20gallon tank!
Thanks
Ailigh

Answer
Hi,
Many BD's tend to not want to eat their greens as they should.
If you can tell me more about her care, such as temperatures, diet, housing and uvb I can better help you.
What do you mean  "trick her"?
Have you tried offering only one green at a time such as collard greens?   Try cutting to greens up smaller...or a bit larger.  With chopping the greens finer, placing the superworms on the bottom of the dish....with the greens on top, she may wait for the worms to come to the top but she will be getting some of the greens.
Many bearded dragons prefer to poop in water.  Have you tried bathing her daily?  Water in the mid 90's, no deeper than the elbow when laying flat....  never leave her unattended as they can drown.  here is a site that give good information on BD care. http://australianbeardies.com/
On your gecko,  they are nocturnal so they will hide during the day.  Are you providing hides for her?
Are you providing a humid hide for her also?  They are ground dwellers but do enjoy climbing on low rocks, branches... Are you providing a warm temperature of 88-90 degrees and a ambient temperature of the mid 80s with a cooler end of the mid 70's?   Here is some information on the fat tails... you can check your husbandry to see if you are missing something. http://users.eastlink.ca/~nshs/care_aft.htm
