not eating, bulge in body

Question
My sand boa has not eaten in months and yet it still has a bulge in in the last 1/3 of its body. Can he/she be impacted?
And if so, what can I do?

Sounds like some kind of abscess it could be impaction as well if you are feeding in the enclosure instead of feeding in a separate environment which is what I recommend in the first place to avoid such things.  Either way the only thing to do now is go to a vet and have it examined to discover the true nature of what it is.
