crested gecko weird noise

Hello. I have 3 juvi crested geckos but one seems to be acting a little bit different then the others. I just noticed tonight after i was done feeding him that he was making this small clicking noise. I had to hold him up to my ear just to hear it but it seemed like everytime he breathed he would make this clicking noise. Also, unlike my other cresties when i feed him he puts his face straight up. He will sit and eat but his head will be facing the roof, i just thought it was strange. He did have one small fall from the chair to the floor, he may have been injured but i just wanted to know if you could give me some advice and if somethings wrong?

 Since he did have a fall and could have been injured, it would be prudent to have him checked by a good reptile veterinarian.  If the vet clears him from injury, respiratory or possible congenital problems, then he just may be starting to vocalize.  Cresties, after puberty can make all sorts of chirps and barks so be prepared for some noises anyway in the future.
