My bearded dragons acting funny

I have two juvenille beardie's, one is lively and the other one just sits there...My question is, sometimes his legs just shake like he's having a seizure or something, what is that?

 That sounds like calcium deficiency.  Also if they are housed together, juvies should get separated immediately, a size difference means intimidation and the bigger one is keeping the smaller from his proper share of food.  This can be very subtle, just because you don't see them fighting doesn't mean it isn't happening.  Get the shaky one to the vet as soon as you can, he needs a calcium boost or, the vet may find something else amiss.
