Hi sorry it said there were to many follow ups. No this is the first time she has had this problem. It doesn't seem to bother her at all in fact I don't even think she cares. She isn't acting different or anything. I read about putting her in a container with warm water and a lid to see if that would help. So Ill try that. Thank you so much for your help.

I wouldn't put her in a container with water in with a lid on... making sure you have something such as the moss in the humid hide with a small opening in it for her to get into, placed on the warm side of the tank should be enough. Its good it doesn't bother her.
remember, putting her in a closed container with water in it...she will have no air and not only that, she may accidently go under the water and inhale the water.
Too risky to do that.
