Corn snake eggs

Question
I have just realised my cornsnake has laid around 8 eggs it is her first time, 1 egg we found in her water bowl and is now a off white colour but we can see the little red viens, I moved it to the incubator but am worried it is dead the others are inside a plastic tree trunk in her cage and I have not tried to get them out since it would be very awkward and they may break, she is in there with them, they are a nice white but have dents in, I have increased the humidity of her tank to plump them back up but Im not sure what else needs to be done, if you could tell me if there is anything I should be doing and whether I should feed her or not I would be very grateful.

Answer
Take the tree trunk and pack it w/ damp vermiculite.  Not so much that air can't get through but you need to get a little bit of moisture to those eggs.  Do not rotate the eggs as the babies will drown.  Try to get her out of the tree and place the tree in the incubator.  Feed the snake.  B
